What we are: The Clan of Illuminare is not merely a collection of people, but a revolutionary movement forged in the crucible of tyranny during verse ONE and dedicated to the enduring ideals of equality, freedom, and universal knowledge. From the ashes of the corrupted kingdom of Visanthia, Illuminare stands as a powerful testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of education.

How we came to be : The founding of Iluminare began as a desperate, clandestine plot against the greedy and deceitful Prince of Visanthia. The prince operated under the guise of benevolent rule, even as he systematically exploited his people for personal gain, tearing the kingdom asunder. A diverse group of principled individuals Not from these lands—Druids, mages, knights, and templars—( Lunacy , Carolus and Vandaris , Semiramis) sought to break free from his suffocating control.
The key to their liberation lay with Semiramis,the Prince's personal advisor, who was secretly appalled by the prince's cruelty. In a daring, grimly poetic act of defiance, the house's of Visanthia 104 people strong collected corrupted badgers from the pale. Under the cover of darkness, Semiramis smuggled the boxes of beasts into the prince's bedchamber, releasing them to deliver a brutal end to the tyrant. This gruesome liberation freed the people.

Though many scattered and others fell away in the ensuing chaos and floods, a steadfast core of four individuals formed a lasting pact, becoming the true architects of Illuminare:

*Lunacy the ranger/mage who brought arcane lore and formed the ideal

*Vandaris the Druid, who embodied nature's wisdom and brought forth execution to the plan

*Carolus the Knight, who offered protection and discipline and strategic planning

*Semiramis the Battle mage ,who provided strategic intellect and political response.

During their journeys, as the devastating War of the Heavens raged on and the provinces faced repeated disasters, the four realized that instruction and the sharing of abundance were the most crucial needs of the desperate populace. One night, a shared vision around a simple fire solidified their purpose: they would create an abundant College for All—a sanctuary where any in the provinces could master lore, skill, and trade. Their mission was to light the path, provide solace, and ensure that all knowledge was passed on, especially to those who would otherwise be doomed to repeat the past.
